One-Workflow
Pilot.

A working AI intervention on one real workflow, run with your team, measured against the diagnostic baseline. It ends with a documented decision: scale, revise or stop.

What you receive

  • Working pilot — agents and automation live on one workflow, in your environment
  • Exception handling — every failure path has a human review point and an owner
  • Training — the people who run the workflow learn to run the pilot, in their language
  • Measurement plan — weekly comparison against the baseline, including adoption and rework
  • Scale / revise / stop brief — evidence, economics and the operating model required to scale

What we need from you

A named workflow owner with 2–3 hours weekly, access to systems and data agreed in the diagnostic, and a reviewer for the human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

How it ends

Milestones are tied to delivery stages, not time passed. If the evidence says stop, the brief says so — and documents why.
