What we collect

The forms ask for your name, work email, company and your answers about your business situation. The self-assessment also stores the generated decision brief.

Why

To prepare your canvas or brief, to respond to your inquiry, and — only if you separately agree — to contact you about related work later. Assessment follow-up and marketing consent are separate checkboxes; neither is pre-ticked.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered to our studio mailbox. Scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own terms. We do not sell or share your answers with anyone else.

How long

Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months after our last conversation, then deleted. The browser copy of your answers (localStorage) expires after 30 days and is never readable by anyone but your own browser.

Your rights

Write to office@davincidynamic.com to access, correct or delete your data. We respond within 5 business days.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FBT39SK8ZM) to count page views and funnel steps. Form answers, names and emails are never sent to analytics events. Until you consent, analytics runs in Google Consent Mode: restricted and cookieless, with no identifiers stored. You can change your choice anytime under Cookie settings.
